How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process the order in 1-2 business days, ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri), not including public holidays. You will receive your order in 15-45 days. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Do you ship internationally?
No, only to US for now.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

My order never got to me, what do I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

**Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.
As some of our products are being shipped straight from our warehouses and factories in China, the customer will be responsible for paying any import cost to the shipping carrier, such as duty and clearing fees, upon delivery.

How much is postage and handling?
Postage and handling does vary, depending on the weight and size of your items. Please add to cart and input your postcode to calculate the shipping.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept Apple Pay, Credit Card through Visa, MasterCard, Amex.

What is the return policy?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please reach out to us and we will happily credit your purchase price of the item returned to us in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for refunds under a change of mind.
